I am Dr. Muhammad Bilal Shoaib Khan, Ph.D., a Professor and Dean in the Department of Computer Science at Green International University, Lahore, Pakistan. I have more than 12 years of teaching experience, along with industry experience in web development, academic leadership, research, and postgraduate supervision.

My areas of expertise include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computational Intelligence, Signal Processing, and Smart City technologies. My research focuses on developing intelligent, data-driven solutions for real-world challenges, particularly in AI-based healthcare, medical diagnosis, computer vision, predictive analytics, Explainable AI (XAI), and intelligent systems.

I have supervised and mentored numerous M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars in diverse research areas, including machine learning, deep learning, disease prediction, medical image analysis, intrusion detection, fuzzy systems, neural networks, IoT, and intelligent transportation systems.

My research contributions include journal and conference publications, research collaborations, academic committees, and peer-review activities. I have 68 listed publications and a reported 79+ cumulative JCR impact factor in my CV.

Throughout my career, I have served in various academic leadership roles, including Professor, Dean, Associate Professor, Head of Department, Associate Dean, Acting Dean, and Director Research. My professional philosophy is centered on research-driven innovation, practical experimentation, and the development of intelligent technologies that create meaningful real-world impact.
